He is a highly motivated, entrepreneurial professional with a proven skill-set in all facets of local and national marketing, sales and distribution, as well as a strong negotiator, able to manage all staff, financial, business functions and bottom-line “P & L” responsibility.

His extensive Executive Marketing, Sales & Distribution Consulting experience includes Head of Marketing, Sales and Distribution for Lionshare Leadership Group, Music Missions International, and Legacy Learning Systems; Head of Marketing for Gener8Xion Entertainment; Senior Vice President of Marketing and Distribution for Toonacious Family Partners, LLC; and President of Worldwide Marketing & Distribution for Anna Film Partners, LLC.

He was Co-Founder/CEO/Board Director of Providence Entertainment, LLC where he was instrumental in the success of “The Omega Code”, named #1 Limited Release Motion Picture of 1999 by the Hollywood Reporter. Under his direction, Providence Entertainment turned a $2 million investment in a national theater release into a campaign that ultimately grossed over $12 million in box office while generating an additional $10 million in home video revenue.

Previously he served as CEO/Co-Chairman/Co-Founder of Wessex Entertainment Group, Inc.; President/Chairman/Co-Founder of The VanDar Group, Inc.; an Investment Banker with Asarco International, Inc.; and Vice-President of Sales/National Field Sales Director for Diadem Music, Inc./Benson Music Group, Inc. He was Vice President of Investments for Drexel Burnham Lambert in Orlando, Florida.

Mr. Vanden Oever is highly sought after for his experience and proven track record of conceptualizing and implementing ground-breaking marketing strategies that generate widespread public anticipation and advance ticket sales in major theater chains prior to movie release. Victor has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Columbia College, Columbia, Missouri, and a Master’s Certificate in Online Marketing from University of San Francisco.
